1. SALE OF PROPERTY. For good and valuable consideration, the Seller sells, transfers, and delivers to the Buyer the following personal property (the "Property"): ________________.
2. PURCHASE PRICE. The Buyer agrees to pay the total sum of $ ________________ for the Property, paid by ________________. The Seller acknowledges receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. CONDITION. The condition of the Property at the time of sale is: ________________. The Buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the Property and accepts it in its present condition.
4. WARRANTY. ________________ Except as expressly stated, the Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the Property, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise.
5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The Seller warrants that the Seller is the lawful owner of the Property, that the Property is free of all liens and encumbrances, and that the Seller has full authority to sell it. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon receipt of payment.
6. GOVERNING LAW. This Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of the State of ________________ and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of the Property. It may be changed only in writing signed by both parties.
