This Vehicle Bill of Sale is made on ________________ between ________________ ("Seller"), of ________________, and ________________ ("Buyer"), of ________________.
1. SALE OF VEHICLE. For good and valuable consideration, the Seller sells, transfers, and delivers to the Buyer the following motor vehicle (the "Vehicle"): ________________ ________________ ________________, body type ________________, color ________________, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) ________________.
2. PURCHASE PRICE. The Buyer agrees to pay the total sum of $ ________________ for the Vehicle, paid by ________________. The Seller acknowledges receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. ODOMETER DISCLOSURE. The Seller certifies that the odometer reading at the time of sale is ________________ miles. Unless the Seller states otherwise in writing, the Seller certifies this reflects the actual mileage of the Vehicle and is not known to be inaccurate.
4. WARRANTY AND CONDITION. ________________ The Buyer has had the opportunity to inspect and test the Vehicle and accepts it in its present condition. Except as expressly stated, the Seller makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The Seller warrants that the Seller is the lawful owner of the Vehicle, that it is free of all liens and encumbrances, and that the Seller has full authority to sell it. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon receipt of payment, and the Seller agrees to sign over the title and any documents required to register the Vehicle.
6. GOVERNING LAW. This Vehicle Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of the State of ________________ and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of the Vehicle.
