EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract (this "Agreement") is entered into and effective as of ________________ between ________________ (the "Employer") and ________________ (the "Employee").
1. PARTIES. This Agreement is made between ________________, as Employer, and ________________, as Employee, and sets the terms of the Employee's employment with the Employer.
2. POSITION AND DUTIES. The Employer employs the Employee in the position of ________________. The Employee's duties include the following: ________________. The Employee shall perform these and other reasonably assigned duties faithfully, follow the Employer's lawful policies, and devote the Employee's working time and best efforts to the Employer's business.

4. EMPLOYMENT BASIS. This employment is ________________. If the employment is for a fixed term, it ends on ________________ unless ended earlier as provided in this Agreement or extended in writing. Nothing in this Agreement guarantees employment for any specific period beyond what is stated here.
5. COMPENSATION. The Employer shall pay the Employee as follows: ________________. Wages are paid on a ________________ basis, subject to lawful withholdings and deductions. Overtime, if owed, is paid as required by applicable law.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY. The Employee shall keep confidential all nonpublic information of the Employer and its clients learned during employment and shall use it only to perform the Employee's duties. This obligation continues after employment ends for as long as the information remains confidential.
8. OWNERSHIP OF WORK PRODUCT. All work product, inventions, and materials the Employee creates within the scope of employment belong to the Employer, and the Employee assigns to the Employer all rights in that work product to the extent permitted by law. The Employee shall return all Employer property and confidential materials when employment ends.
9. TERMINATION. Either party may end the employment as provided by the employment basis stated above. The notice expected before ending the employment is: ________________. On termination, the Employer shall pay all wages earned through the final day of work as required by law, and the Employee shall promptly return all Employer property.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of ________________. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the employment and may be changed only in writing signed by both parties.
